Project Overview

In this project, I managed the social media presence for Criminal Justice Realm LLC, a criminal justice consulting firm, transforming inactive profiles into fully branded, consistently active channels with measurable results across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Audited and optimized all profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Restructured profile sections, rewrote bios, and created branded visuals to improve message clarity and positioning across every platform.

  • Content Creation & Design

Created branded graphics, banners, story content, pinned feed posts, featured posts, and promotional materials across all platforms, all aligned with the firm’s mission-driven identity.

  • Content Scheduling & Workflow

Designed and managed a coordinated posting workflow ensuring consistent visuals, aligned messaging, and a reliable publishing schedule across three platforms.

  • YouTube Management & Optimisation

Managed the YouTube channel end-to-end, editing videos, writing SEO-optimized descriptions, and designing thumbnails to improve discoverability, click-through rates, and viewer retention.

Monitored key metrics including profile views, engagement rates, website traffic, click-through rates, and viewer retention to measure impact and refine the strategy.
